Spacious apartament

Pros: Spacious apartament, very comfortable bed, great location

Cons: It was loud at night because of the restaurants, but the earplugs are provided.

Great stay and great staff ! Be aware: Art Deco district is a lively, very late evening neighborhood

Pros: Very clean hotel, spacious rooms. Very comfortable mattress, friendly and responsive staff (available only by phone or SMS). They kindly moved me to a room in the back which are very quiet. !!! My first stay in Miami - The whole Art Deco neighborhood is busy and lively from 8pm till 1am. Not the fault of the hotel !!! At this price range (my budget), lightsleepers should choose a hotel a few streets away, or request a back room (but it is a 50-50 chance of getting it, like everywhere else)

Cons: Pre arrival instructions are helpful but arriving at night makes the entrance hard to find due to restaurant tables and crowds. !! Not the fault of the hotel : the whole Art Deco neighborhood is busy and lively from 8pm till 1am !! For rooms in the front, an indoor double soundproofing windows (or a heavy curtain) should be installed, just in the bedroom. It would definitely make a big difference

Perfect location in the heart of Miami Beach!

Pros: There were things that went wrong with our stay however the way they were adressed allow us to leave only positive review. Thank you for dealing with it pormptly. In terms of the stay, facilities are good enough but the absolutely best part is the lcoation. You are in the heart of Miami Beach, Espanola Way offers amazing, vibrant restaurants and you are minutes away from the beach. We are happy we chose this place.

Perfect stay in a very good area

Pros: Location was perfect. The rooms are in a quiet area behind a lively street full of restaurants and bars. Few minutes walking from South beach

Amazing would stay here again in a heartbeat

Pros: We loved everything. First of all the location is unbeatable - right in the middle of the action and despite that we heard almost nothing given how close we were. They have really thought of everything you may need. Nice big bathroom comfy bed everything was perfect.

Cons: The only suggestion I could make would be some more hooks in the bathroom but that is a very minor issue.

Ideal place for a memorable staying

Pros: The location was fantastic, loved Espanola way with all the restaurants and diverse culture. Also, some lovely restaurants and cafes all around; Espanolita, plus another restaurant almost opposite on Washington Street- La Mulata, incredible food everywhere! We loved Miami and these rooms were very well kept, and the decor was colourful and very fitting with the lifestyle. Easy to get to the beach, and get a first tattoo, as some of our party did! - big shout out to Oxygen Ink who were not only lovely, friendly and interesting people but insanely talented. We were only in Miami one night but it gave us long lasting memories forever. Thanks Kasa for providing a fab base.

Cons: Need instructions for air con in the room - too complicated

Perfect for a stopover

Pros: Clean and comfortable- perfect for a night’s stop over. I read other reviews about the noise but we found it fine.

Cons: Great that it’s self check in but we did struggle with the front door - we had to call as the code wasn’t working. The door code system was temperamental.

Loved it would stay again!

Pros: Great sized clean apartment, quaint building and awesome location near bars and restaurants.

Cons: It was a bit noisy with sound from other apartments. Also noisy from the restaurants below if you’re in bed early but that adds to the atmosphere.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location and great for Ocean Drive and the beach Plenty of bars and restaurants around We only stayed one night before flying home after our cruise

Pros: Fantastic location, and the noise and bustle didn't bother us one bit.
