Pros: The staff on reception, the venue & spacious rooms

A great short trip, well worth repeating

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the a complimentary drink if the day every day and a29 dollar room credit to use towards any food or drinks you want The rooftop pool was not too busy and not deep so was suitable for all ages especially in the late afternoon when it was heated by the sun all day.

Cons: Meals were expensive, the 29 dollar room credit only bus one muffin and 2 drinks. No water machines on each floor, u must go to the lobby to refill any water bottles your may have.

Great location, but I would not stay there again.

Pros: Location was great - only two blocks from the beach front and the Art Deco district of Miami Beach. Many good restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious, with a comfortable bathroom.

Cons: The view from the window on the third floor was straight into ugly mechanical equipment of air conditioning. No safe in the room - really sub standard. Very noisy - young guys next doors picked up girls and partied all night. First time ever that I had to go down to reception at 1AM to complain about such thing. Very expensive for what you get.

Hotel with best location!

Pros: Nice hotel, clean rooms in perfect location, in the heart of Miami south beach, only few meter from the beach and from Ocean drive!

Cons: For 4 persons perfect room, but we booked the room for 5 persons and the spare bad was quite rought.

Pleasant

Pros: Pleasant location - only two blocks next to Espanola Street!

Cons: Parking fee quite a bit - but this is something that applies everywhere in Miami Beach

Easily accessible

Pros: Staff was polite enough to check us in before 4pm as our flight was cancelled a day earlier.

Cons: Most of the staff could not speak good English so it was difficult at times to communicate

Great location

Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was in the perfect location for South Beach and Lincoln Shopping and cafes.

Cons: We had a room for 5 people, which had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was far too thin and the springs could be felt. We asked for extra bla ket to fold and put on it but it didn't help and was sagging in the middle. Thos sofa bed mattress needs to be changed. Thank you.

Pros: La verdad que el hotel esta hermoso. La habitación es super confortable, amplia y muy limpia. La ubicación esta muy buena, porque tenes de todo en las cercanías. Muy recomendable.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente ya que me quedaba a una calle del evento

Cons: No tiene un restaurante, solo es una cafetería con comida para llevar. El centro de negocios nunca lo encontré y tuve que conectarme en la piscina con mala señal de WiFi
