Comfortable hotel in a nice location
Pros: Great location, nice room, comfortable bed, good view of sea from the balcony. Hotel’s beach area with chairs and umbrellas was good.
Cons: Fridge incredibly small and no freezer compartment. Air conditioning unit kept dripping on the floor.

Great hotel, great location, good value.
Pros: Fantastic hotel, in a great location. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pool area is really nice with a few sun loungers, towels provided. We had cocktails from the bar (happy hour 2-4-1, sat outside. Nice ambiance. Loved the fact that beach loungers, towels and lounger covers were provided in a private area of the beach. We also had breakfast on our last day,which was superb.
Cons: Not keen on the bathroom set up in the room. We were travelling friends and there’s not much privacy in the shower or wash area, although we did figure out a way. It’s a separate toilet, so we opened the door and the shower door, which then firmed a bit of a cubicle. Sometimes a bit of privacy is required.

Cons: It felt like half the staff were amazing but half the staff were poor. Dismissive and sometimes even rude. It didn't spoil the trip and I would still recommend the hotel, but it was disappointing.

Art Deco glamour in prime location.
Pros: The hotel is a beautiful example of art deco architecture in a wonderful location, just minutes to Southbeach, shops, and restaurants.
Cons: The elevators that serviced our side of the hotel brokedown on two consecutive days. Given we were on the 10th floor, it made for hard going back up to the room. The hotel did get this going quickly on both occassions but with only two lifts, and one permanently not working when the only other elevator failed you felt the pain.

Pleasant stay in Miami Beach.
Pros: Top location, 5 minutes walking from the beach (where you have 2 sunbeds reserved for each room), Española way, and also very close to Ocean Drive. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was decent and the ammenities (pool) was also nice. The room was good, met our expectations.
Cons: The lack of sockets in the room, specially USB charging, which is a challenge for European visitors. Even though we asked for a crib (for our 7 months old baby) no crib was provided because none was available.

First ever visit to Miami which was a dream. Very impressed
Pros: Lovely rooms, beautiful shower and views. Friendly staff and extremely clean. Location was perfect
Cons: A little expensive but to be expected with south beach. Stayed for one night and paid 300 dollars security deposit that you don’t get back for around 10 days which is a little high.

Short but sweet stay, friendly staff & rooftop pool!
Pros: Nice place to stay, although we only stayed for one night. Was in a good location. The staff were also friendly.
Cons: There needs to be more toilet roll & tissue kept in the bathroom.
