Great value

Pros: The property is in a perfect location, and is very well kept. It is simple but very clean, we got complimentary cleaning every two days which was very thoughtful, especially compared to other hotels of this range in the area, which do not do it (to the detriment of their own facilities really). Despite the lack of on-site staff, the communication was excellent - check in was a breeze, and felt very well catered for.

Cons: The property is honest for the price range - there are no facilities but the cleanliness and ease of check in coupled with the amazing location more than make up for it.

Pros: Prime location and additional beach chairs opportunities - clean and large room and comfortable beds, so definitely a recommendation and good price/value

Cons: It was quite dark as you cannot open the window curtains due to privacy reasons, shower water pressure was a little bit low - apart from that nothing

Great location and specious room

Pros: One block away from the beach, the room is specious and clean

Cons: Water pressure of the shower is low. There are private parking spaces on the ground floor, unfortunately we can’t use it and have to park on the public parking garage. What a waste!!!

Pros: Super emplacement en plein coeur de Miami Beach. La chambre était propre et bien équipé. Accès simple et personnel disponible.

Cons: Manque les chaises longues.

Pros: Excellent service. The heat did not work and was promptly fixed.

Cons: Only negative is if you have an afternoon or night flight they will not store your luggage. You must fend for yourself. Just be aware of this ahead of time.
