It had its advantages and disadvantages

Pros: I like the fact that it was close to everything in ocean dr and it’s right in the heart of Miami south beach

Cons: The fact we were supposed to get a hot tub and jacuzzi but we didn’t the fact that we only clean towels and wash cloths the four day we were there

The room was beautiful but the check in process is inefficient for anyone traveling on business

Pros: Room was very clean and spacious enough towels and beautiful view

Cons: The online check in process needs to be reviewed the owner is very rude and argumentative and wasn’t available to assist with my check in! It took me 4 hours to check in because no one had direct contact to the owner! There was also dust and mold in the bathroom vents

Pros: The gentleman who greeted us fromt the business in the building. He was very welcoming, great personality.

Cons: The room was very warm upon arrival and we couldnt get the thermostat to work to cool it down.

Exceptional stay!

Pros: At first I thought the price was too good to be true but it was everything I wanted and more! We were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and she gave it a 10/10! In her word, “it was lit!”

SBV provided a comfy place for us to chill out AND enjoy a fast 24 hour introduction to South Beach!

Pros: Location & our view! Cleanliness! Room design. Amenities (nespresso! hot tub! slippers and robes, plenty of towels; TVs all working well). Comfortable bed.

Cons: Water temp couldn't be regulated well (HOT waaaay too hot). Such a nice design of an old classic building and spaces, but shabby in some details (wall paper stained, old; shower door handle rickety) - not critical, just disappointing.

South Beach Hot

Pros: Excellent room/bathroom design and the roof top balcony was the icing on the cake.

Cons: My roof top balcony didn't have a cover like in the pics and the hot tub was just that, a hot tub, no Jacuzzi jets. The sliding glass bathroom door also has a defect and needs a stopper, it cut my finger.

Pros: Location is great. Right across from the beach. Within walking distance to Lincoln Ave and Espanola Way. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Great value.
