Great one night stay, close to the beach

Pros: - room was larger than expected, beds were comfortable - great location - close to everything we needed but quiet - easy, walkable area to restaurants and the beach

Cons: - common hall/stairways smelled like mold but there was no smell in the room - breakfast was extremely basic - ceiling dripped in the bathroom and door wouldn't shut properly (fine for the one night, but would have been a problem for a longer stay)

Perfect location for a good price

Pros: Location. Close to the beach, Espanola way and Lincoln Ave

Pros: - location at walking distance from the beach, licoln street - the free access to a chair on the beach with towel - big and clean room, very comfortable

Cons: - the breakfast (cold coffee and only bread and pastries)

Lovely stay in Miami Beach

Pros: I was in Miami for Art Basel week and the location was just perfect! I liked the bed which was queen size and very comfy. The stuff were very kind and professional. Everyday they changed out towels! I like the coffee in the morning. Two sun beds were included and the beach is 5 minutes away! Amazing!

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t so good but I understand for some people cornflakes with milk and brioche are very good! I cannot complain but it’s just not my type of breakfast. Would be nice to have just boiled eggs. The room was good but many details like bathroom door and the door under the sink in the kitchen were very outdated. During that week the prices were expensive! We had a room for 6 nights and we paid 2000 USD. But that’s the Art Basel week. In our room we heard construction in the morning and some screams at night . Then we found out there is a bar which very loud at night. I was saved by earplugs.

Had a great time. Room was basic and could do with a bit of TLC but suited our needs and location was perfect.

Pros: The location was very central to many restaurants/bars. The beach was only a few minutes walk away although we didn’t have time to go. We arrived early after disembarking a cruise ship. Mickael on reception was very helpful in sorting a room out for us and also helped to carry our luggage.

Cons: Not enough room where the breakfast was provided

Pros: Fantastic stay! Mike and Valentina did everything to make my stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. I arrived far too early, nevertheless I could get changed, got a towel and a sunbed at the beach as complimentary service. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Super close to the beach and comes with sunbeds in the first row in South Beach.

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, excellent facilities in the room. Michael who greeted us on arrival was amazing and so helpful.

Cons: No coffee in the room, too busy at breakfast, unable to find a space to sit.

Clean close to attractions good value.

Pros: Cute little stay has all the amenities you need for a family of 4. The staff was so helpful. 5 minute walk to Miami Beach less than 5 minute walk to espanola way with great food. Classic breakfast cereals toasts fruit and pastries nothing warm but sustained us. Good value for money. 20 minute drive to the port to get a cruise same distance to bayside.
