Pros: Our stay at Pantera Rosa Hotel was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped — everything was prepared with great attention to detail, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The contact with the host was outstanding; he responded to messages very quickly and was always helpful, showing great commitment to making sure guests lacked nothing. The location is simply perfect — close to the beach, Ocean Road, and the city center, so everything is within easy reach. We highly recommend Pantera Rosa Hotel, and we will definitely return in the future!

Cons: The AC doesn’t have a low function and will be horrible to sleep exactly near it

Pros: Very late check-in from 4 p.m. and not a minute earlier!!! I wouldn’t have stopped here for the second time. In the chat, technical support answers for a very long time within 2-3 hours. There is no check-in desk, everything is online. There is no place to leave my luggage. The view of the fence on the ground floor was terrible. The room is nice and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location, we were worried about the noise level at night (based on other reviews) but it turned out to be OK. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the property managers, late checkout free of charge. Some more hangers in the closet would be nice

Pros: The place was lovely, comfortable bed and perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Cons: The floor was very dirty, it felt like it had never been mopped and lack of natural light made it a bit depressing.

Pros: Great location lovely accommodation. Bit of a mix up with our rooms when we arrived but was sorted out. Could have done with fresh towels when staying for four nights. But great location great value, a bit noisy but to be expected in that location but would defo recommend

Cons: There was a problem with the water, but the staff was very responsive and sent a maintenance crew to fix it.

Pros: Really nice place, best location, just minutes to the beach and Ocean drive. Big, spaceous room.
