Would recommend

Pros: Great location, friendly staff - rooms were a great size. Had a voucher for a welcome drink each upon checking in. Breakfast buffet was included in our price; that was good, also had a complimentary bottle of water each per day. Pool/beach towels were provided

Cons: Small worn bathroom

Perfect location, very nice staff, good breakfast, the best pool - you cant go wrong with this hotel

Pros: I can not think of better location of hotel in South beach - location it the strongest thing about this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, nothing is a problem to solve. We also loved the rooftop pool with warm water and great sun deck. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons: Rooms are quite small and you cant open window for fresh air. But all in all you are not in room a lot of time while in Miami beach so it really didnt bother ur a lot.

If we come to Miami again we will definitely consider staying there again.

Pros: Amazing location, just few steps from Ocean Drive and the beach. Absolutely amazing and attentive staff, especially Henry. He helped us whenever we approached him. After check out we were provided with beach towels and could await our departure still enjoying the beautiful weather at the rooftop swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Cons: Breakfast was very basic, maybe the bathrooms could be maintained better. Only one elevator available that could only take 3 people. We hardly ever used it coz we would have to wait for a very long time. It wouldn’t be a big deal but in the meantime during our stay, the staircase was blocked so we had no other option but to wait for the elevator. Which was annoying at times.

Pros: Staff very helpful at check in and check out.Location very good for amenities and beach . Appreciated the pool on site as well as closeness to beach and art deco area.

Location is definitely the big win for this hotel.

Pros: Location is perfect. Excellent car valet service. We had an issue with a battery in the key fob and the valet staff were so very helpful in getting us sorted. Great price for the valet as well. Breakfast is OK. Not really buffet, as staff serve you from behind a counter. Pool area lovely, not big, but clean and pool a great temperature

Cons: Scrambled egg both days, some fried or hard boiled would have been a nice change/alternative. Lift too small for a hotel of this size

Pros: The stay was very nice, hotel is located close to Miami Beach. Breakfast was delicious but more options would be better, at least changing them during various days of the stay. The room was also comfortable, maybe some more space for putting clothes and staff down would be helpful.

Cons: It is not a problem with the hotel per se, as it offers valet parking, but be aware of the challenging conditions of street parking - it is expensive and the police regularly check if you have paid for the parking.

We’d certainly visit again which says lots.

Pros: Great location. Lovely staff. No-nonsense check-in (and out) with very helpful and efficient staff. Pool was small but immaculately clean and comfortable sun loungers. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and copious amount of lotions and potions courteous of the cleaning staff.

Cons: While the room was impeccably clean, the wallpaper was peeling slightly. Such a pity as it could have been easily remedied. Apart from that - and perhaps the limited closet space - it was great.

Perfect place for a family or couple

Pros: Bed was so comfortable, pillows perfect. Location was ideal

Pros: Great hotel in a great location for South Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy, facilities are good and breakfast each morning was a bonus. Free drink per person per night is a nice touch. Overall very good and would definitely stay again next time we are in Miami.

Cons: Nothing really. En-suite was very small, but most Miami hotels en-suites are.

Amazing stay !

Pros: The room was pretty and clean. It’s very simple and confortable.

Cons: The way the breakfast is going. Doing the queue and having food you don’t want, I didn’t find that good. I prefer doing it myself.
