Novotel Miami Brickell

Brilliant, comfortable stay.

Pros: Great breakfast 😋 lovely hotel and brilliant staff.

Had a great stay, would come again.

Pros: We stayed for 2 weeks. The hotel is located in a nice and safe part of Brickell. The Brickel loop Metromover station is less than 2 minutes' walk away. A well-equipped supermarket across the street from the hotel. The hotel has a large, beautiful lobby, the staff is friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and NY Eve. The room is large, modernly furnished, clean, comfortable beds, large TV. The bathroom is tidy.

Cons: Breakfast pricey, overvalued. Breakfast buffet limited and the same daily offer. No butter, no smoked salmon, limited selection of pastries. The price for the four of us is $145 per day. The soundproofing of the room is weak. The walls of the room are thin, you hear the doors of rooms closing, running in the corridor, you hear voices from other rooms, footsteps from the ceiling.

great place to stay

Pros: Room was really good. Quiet, quality facilities. Safe area, public transport close by. 100% walkable. Front desk helped with any concerns I had (ie missing cutlery)

Cons: Far from downtown but the metro mover will get you there. The lobby I felt didnt have a desk or super comfortable area to study or do work in. It had good places to relax though.

A nice hotel

Pros: A nice hotel in a nice neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Brickell City Center, 2 minutes walk from Publix supermarket. The room was huge and comfortable, nice breakfast was served in the dining room. The staff was nice and friendly.

Cons: The water in the shower wasn't hot!

A comfortable stay in a great location, with just some inconvenience at the driveway.

Pros: I liked the hotel’s location in Brickell very central and easy to access. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient during check-in.

Cons: I didn’t like that an SUV kept stopping in the hotel driveway and blocking the flow of traffic. This happened several times during my stay. One of my Uber drivers had to wait about five minutes because the group inside wouldn’t move, and he even had to ask them politely to let him enter the driveway. It was inconvenient and unnecessary, and everyone’s time is valuable.

Wonderful stay. Staff is very Nice and the lobby and rooftop are stunning

Pros: The man who greeted us with a magnificent smile every time we needed help with our luggage… the most handsome man in Miami is at the Novotel Brickell.

Cons: Not thinking to look at his badge to see what his name is because I was so absorbed by his beautiful eyes

Pros: First of all, all the team is amazing & I want to point it out; Yusuf, who’s helped and supported a lot with my stay felt me like at home! Amazing location, very supportive and friendly team & staff, very clean !

Does everyone get the 500usd they say they get at the start of the stay? As I haven’t yet received mine or heard anythin

Pros: Very beautiful, pool was amazing, drinks were reasonable.

Cons: Horrible place to have a hotel but the most beautiful hotel.

Pros: What a lovely hotel. Staff was amazing and the rooms and hotel in general was beautiful! The rooftop was also very pretty.

Cons: Nothing. Great value for money
