Spacious and comfortable stay, no frills, clean and cool

Pros: Really spacious suite, with a king bed and sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The bathroom was sparkling, with ambient lighting for night time use. The air con worked really well, with a ceiling fan also.

Cons: The living space could have more ‘decor’ and lamps. It felt very dim, and the only light was a main light. It could do with more lamps. The kitchenette could have done with a more thorough cleaning. The fridge was spotless, but cupboards felt a little grimy. The sofa bed could have done with a thicker mattress, or additional mattress topper. It was fine, but isn’t ideal for an adult. One TV did not work, but the hotel sorted a replacement the next day.

Cons: The pool was out of action so had to travel to sister hotel

Excellent location and comfortable room

Pros: Location is very good. The room is very big and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Complementary dinner on Wednesdays.

Cons: The breakfast is ok, but they close at 9:30, so have to be mindful. Refill of food or drinks is very slow.

Pros: The customer service and room were excellent, meeting our usual expectations, and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms was big and accommodative

Cons: It was a bit challenging to locate the front of the building and the parking area.

Great affordable hotel to explore Miami.

Pros: This is a large hotel with spacious rooms. Friendly reception. The room we stayed in had its own kitchen and was otherwise neat. Normal American breakfast. The hotel is located close to Brickell station. There you can take the Metromover (free) and the Metrorail, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket and a playground for children near the hotel. Great to stay for a few days if you want to explore Miami.

Cons: There was one cockroach in the bathroom that quickly disappeared after discovery. We didn't see any after that. Parking wasn't free and that was ok, but it was rather expensive imho.
