Clean and tidy,staff very polite and profesanal

Pros: There was very little choice,same items everyday.No hot food .You had to take your meal to your room to eat it

Pros: Nice staff, amazing location! Close to downtown. We walked back around 10pm and had absolutely no reason to be scared. Beautiful and convenient room!

Worth the price

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, locations really clean, the hotel has just what you need.

Cons: Beds are small for a couple.

Pros: We arrived earlier than scheduled and the reception staff were able to help accommodate an earlier check in time and he personally checked to see if the room was ready so we couldnt fault such an excellent customer service. Hotel is excellently located with just a 10 minute walk to the free monorail station which takes you downtown. Rooms were very clean, modern and to a very high standard. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of onsite free parking. Overall an excellent short stay which is great for visiting Miami. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location of the place is perfect, just a seven-minute walk from Brickell station which has Orange, Green, and Loop Lines. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's an ideal location suitable for guests of all ages. The nightlife is just around the corner, and you can easily access other locations through various modes of transport. Although the breakfast might not be international, it was perfect for us and worth the price. We were surprised that Little Havana was within walking distance, and it took us approximately 35 minutes to get there from the hotel.

Cons: Mildly disappointed - Upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would happen every week and were given the exact day it would occur. With this knowledge, we made sure to pack our belongings neatly to facilitate the cleaning process. However, we had to chase housekeeping for three days before our room was finally added to the cleaning list.

Good and as expected

Pros: Good size room with desk, comfortable chairs, beds, towels. Provided minimum bathroom things. Also able to get kitchen basics from reception so able to do cooking. Wifi worked well for video calls or streaming. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Westward view from higher floors is over the highway and includes sunset.

Cons: Breakfast is mostly just one type of cereal bar and some coffee. AC seems to have limited flexibility (mostly just on or off). One way roads nearby may cause difficulty getting into the property for some drivers. Friday afternoon drum circle at the nearby school was a bit loud :)

Pros: 1. Удобное место расположение. Близко супермаркет Publix и остановка общественного транспорта. 2. Цена / качество приемлемое. 3. Новый высокоскоростной никелевый лифт 4. Кухня, кондиционер, большой холодильник, просторная ванная комната и сам номер комфортный. 5. Удобная, жёсткая кровать как я люблю. 6. Шустрый интернет, только напрягла регистрация в сети. 7. Противопожарная сигнализация 8. Персонал в целом приветливый. 9. Помогли с оплатой. Разбили на 2 платежа. 10. Есть платная стоянка для авто, но не воспользовался.

Cons: 1. Очень шумно с улицы. Трудно заснуть и часто просыпался ночью. Самолёты и мотоциклы основной источник шума. Не помешало бы подумать о звуко изоляции окон... 2. Было немного пыльно в номере и женские волосы как украшение. Можно сказать уборка не самая сильная сторона этого отеля. В основном передвигали предметы.)) 3. Телевизор был с синим экраном. Поменяли после второй просбы. 4. Хотя в номере много лампочек, всеравно тусклое освещение. 5. Кран раковины в ванной комнате короткий. Неудобно мыть руки. Походу сэкономили. Нет ручки душа с шлангом. Неудобно купаться. 6. Унитаз смывает иногда с 2-3 раза.)) Нет ёршика. 7. Скудный завтрак 8. Оставило неприятное впечатление, отказ подсоедиться к wifi в день заезда. Мужик сказал, что только после регистрации. Пришлось ходить по городу без интернета, пока не нашёл в ТЦ WIFI для активации simcerd. 9. Соседи беспощадно хлопали дверями. 10. Кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать. Можно заболеть. Что и произошло.

Pros: Está cerca de los transportes. Puedo lavar mi ropa y preparar alimentos. Son muy amables.

Cons: Que tenía muy limitadas opciones de desayuno

Funcionários gentis e prestativos. Acomodação funcional.

Pros: Ótima localização, próximo ao transporte público gratuito e ao mercado. O centro comercial é próximo e possível ir andando. Hotel prático com cozinha e itens quando solicitado. Café da manhã simples, porém à vontade.

Cons: Poderiam oferecer limpeza com maior frequência.
