Nice stay

Pros: The staff is amazing, very helpful. Location next to the metromover which is a big plus. Overall a very positive experience.

Really good pre cruise stay

Pros: Really good location close to shops, short taxi to the port or use of the Miami trolly

Cons: Reception area could get a little busy and the bar was expensive

Wonderful, but work with cash too! 😜

Pros: I liked the locations so much and I enjoyed the time at Hotel Indigo! The employees were very nice and helpful!

Cons: The only thing which I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to pay the deposit or other things(beside restaurant) by cash. I had a problem with two of my cards, they didn’t work and I wasted around 45 minutes at the reception till I solved the problem.

A wonderful stay with excellent service – we would definitely come back again.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay – the hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is convenient, close to many attractions, and just a short walk from the metro station, which made it very easy to reach more distant areas.

Cons: We have no complaints, everything was excellent.
