Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell

Excellent choice for a few days in Miami

Pros: Lots of space, excellent bathroom with good products. Was warm and cosy as it was freezing when we were there! Good transport links and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: The breakfast although complimentary wasn't the greatest. It was very basic but

Spacious and very comfortable stay in downtown Miami, friendly staff, nice pool and breakfast.

Pros: Spacious room, very clean facilities, friendly staff (a big shout out particularly to Manager Ernest who was very friendly and helpful) in a great downtown location. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were wonderful and I used the laundry facilities which was greatly appreciated.

Cons: Breakfast could have been slightly upgraded.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean. Fast check-in/out. Quiet. Good facilities, indoor climate felt fresh .

Cons: Pretty firm bed. Disposable cutlery not up to par to the rest of the hotel.

Pros: The Hampton Inn is a comfortable and spacious hotel close to the centre of Brickell and within easy walking distance of the bars and restaurants in the area. The room was a good size and very comfortable, and the hotel offers great facilities including a gym and a pool.

Cons: My only negative comment is about the breakfasts. It felt unusual for a quality hotel to serve a buffet breakfast on paper plates with plastic cutlery. The range was also very limited. It all made the breakfast experience feel a bit low class compared to the rest of the hotel. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.

Location great, breakfast not so much

Pros: Location is EXCELLENT: *Direct train to airport 2 mins walk *Metromover to Bayside Marketplace 2 mins walk *Trolley to cruise port 3 mins walk *2 Publix supermarkets 5 mins walk *Loads of restaurants around *Convenience store nearby Room was spacious and nice. I’d give a star purely for having a ledge in the shower to rest your foot on to shave legs

Cons: Feels cheap and ghetto to eat breakfast from paper plates with plastic cutlery 🫠 Coffee was good and strong with nice selection of creamers. Breakfast is decent selection but mostly unhealthy preservative-laden poison. Packaged sugary cereals like lucky charms and packaged muffins. A little fresh fruit and granola would help. English muffins were really good though and there is real butter. Waffle makers are a nice touch but watch out for spray oil full of chemicals. There is oatmeal (porridge) but saw staff putting hot water into it rather than hot milk.

Rock Stars

Pros: We cruise several times a year & this will always be our go to for our stay. The accommodations are outstanding. You never dissapoint here or your Virginia Beach North location. I have faith the service will always be great.

Cons: The room.was a tad warm. We couldn't get the thermostat to cool below 70. We northerners aren't acclimated for Florida humidity...Lol But it wasn't bad.

Pros: Nice, modern and very specious room Nice bar and pool Complimentary drinks in the bar wonderful location

Great place, the neighborhood was good

Pros: The room was spacious and well lit with natural sunlight.

Cons: There was maintenance work happening when we checked-in and this was a bit of a nuisance.

Pros: Great Staff, easy access from airport by public transport, well set out room and excellent breakfast.
