Beach Place Hotel

Very restful and just what we needed.

Pros: Superb location near to beach and it had free parking

Cons: Noise by swimming pool but not their fault

Good value stay close to the beach

Pros: It’s well placed for the beach and the pool area is nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: It’s not the most modern and there is some late evening noise from the surrounding areas.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The pool was heated. Good location.

Cons: The bed was a little bit not comfortable and the room was little bit too small for us.

Pros: I liked the location. 5-minute walk from the beach! Free parking was amazing too; I loved not having to worry about the parking situation.

Cons: The appliances in the kitchen were filthy. I didn't use the microwave because it had some rust or something inside it. The wine holder on the table was also rusty. Our key didn't work when we came back to our room the second time so we had to go to font desk- they were able to fix it quickly.

Totally recommend this place.

Great place by the ocean

Pros: Great location. Clean. Good ac. Close to beach and free trolley stops right outside. Stocked kitchenette, comfy bed.

Cons: It felt super dated but was clean. We would stay again. There was something going on in miami so we paid 400$ for the night. Would stay again if it was $100 a night.

Pros: This hotel exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist is a very pleasant person who cares about her guests. The rooms are large, spacious, and well-appointed (better than many I've stayed in!). The air conditioning works and cools well, free parking on site, room service is available daily, and there are vending machines at the reception, along with coffee and water. There's also a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use it – but from what I've seen, the guests had a great time!

Cons: Honestly, I had a hard time finding any flaws – maybe the only thing I couldn't pay the deposit with my card, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, it was my bank's. The hotel agreed to accept the deposit in cash, and that was fine. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, but at this price, I can't complain ;)
