Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West

Largely very happy during our vacation at this property!

Pros: It is very close to the beach and shares all facilities between both buildings. Both roofs have pools, jacuzzi, and bar service in quiet surrounding. The staff is attentive, and helpful.

Cons: CNN stopped working 4 times during our stay, and it was linked to Server problems. IT needed to reboot. Cleanliness and room upkeep could be improved.

Pros: Mekye at the front desk was so friendly and helpful this hotel was an amazing experience!!!! The view and hotel is gorgeous

Good hotel in fancy area

Pros: Overall, it was a very good hotel Amazing location Good facilities Staff weren't particularly helpful They didn't inform us of the facilities, and we found them occasionally and missed the rooftop pool on our building We were on the west side, so we had to cross the busy road to get to the main hotel, and no help was offered with the luggage

Pros: We enjoyed a large, comfortable and very clean family apartment in this sister hotel of the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The amenities of the main hotel are just across the street as is the beach.

Pros: Spacious and well maintained bedrooms and bathrooms

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Pros: Location was great, especially for our father who enjoyed interacting with the local Jewish community. The access into the sister hotel on the beach side was also nice.

Pros: i love grand beach, as you can see i take my vacations a few times a year at grand beach!!!

Cons: If possible ,i would greatly appreciate to have a small microwave in the room, It would have made my vacation so so much better. I go out to eat , but some times just warming up some food at night , or before jumping into the pool, would make a difference, thanks a lot.

Good, quiet hotel in a central location

Pros: The property was clean, quiet and well maintained.

Cons: I wasn’t aware of the $58 per night mandatory valet charge, so that came as a surprise upon our check-in.
