Really enjoyed our stay at Fortune Hotel, would highly recommend

Pros: The apartment was big, spacious and clean. Close to centre of Miami.

Cons: Unfortunately works going on next door, which can’t be helped.

Excellent position and high standard hotel

Pros: Spotless! High quality apartment, we were given an upgrade which was lovely and a really good view. Very quiet at night.

Cons: The building work going on behind the hotel but that is not the hotels fault and I we were given information on this on booking, do not let this put you off if you want to book!

Big, bright, spotless apartment. Perfect stay.

Pros: Just returned from a 2-night stay and this was one of the biggest apartments we’ve started in. Booked a 1-bedroom apartment and we were upgraded on arrival to a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was so clean. Fabulous facilities. Kitchen spotless and everything you could need. Huge walk in wardrobe. The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly. Just a 10-minute walk to Brickell shopping centre and 20 minutes to Bayside. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks to all at Fortune House

Cons: Large building site right next door, just started work on a new hotel so likely to be like this for the foreseeable future. Created some noise during the daytime but to be honest we were out exploring so didn’t impact us at all and we knew before arrival of the ongoing work. Room rates reflected this and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Good value for money

Pros: We booked a 2 bed apartment, it was very spacious, clean with a decent balcony and sea views. Staff were really efficient and helpful.

Excellent stay

Pros: Really well located in Brickell which is a safe area even at nights. Excellent staff, lovely spacious accommodation and walking distance ( about 300 yards) to the free metromover service.

Pros: Property a little tired in places (bathrooms can be tempremental) and the breakfast cafe offering is limited but otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful and the location in Brickell is perfect.

Cons: Some building noise from construction site next door but otherwise no issues.

Great apartment, great staff, great location, great value.

Pros: Very convenient for the monorail station just 5 minute walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delighted to receive an upgrade to a wonderful ocean view apartment which had cracking views. I was impressed all round.

Pros: Very clean. Daily housekeeping was a plus and not expected

Pros: The hotel is a perfect combination of full hotel services – with a permanent reception, on-site security, and a nice swimming pool – and the comfort of spacious suites with a fully equipped kitchen. It truly offers the best value for money. We were even upgraded for free to a much larger apartment, and the staff also kindly extended our late checkout free of charge. Service was excellent, everything was spotless, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. Overall, we felt very well taken care of.

Cons: There is ongoing construction next to the hotel. It’s not the hotel’s fault, and there’s nothing they can do about it, but guests should be aware that there might be some noise during the day.
