Comfortable stay, but bathroom needs a little more attentions

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft, and the pillows provided good support. The temperature was easy to adjust, and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space to move around, and the lighting was warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a quiet and cozy place to rest. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose.

Cons: I didn’t like the bathroom sink. It wasn’t completely clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable. Also, parking is not included in the reservation price.

It was good and I will definitely be back again

Pros: I like how clean it was and how welcoming the staff was

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a bell man to push the luggage’s to the room

Great rooms, great star!

Pros: What an amazing staff! Rooms are really quiet and Clean. Good shower, mattress and pillows.

Perfect dispute the first night

Pros: Excellent hotel the only issue was the night we checked in both my sons told the person good night and she ignored them that had my sons shaken up a bit but we talked it out . Other than that the hotel is boss we love it

Cons: The check in staff

I was there for work, I had a pleasant stay for the night.

Pros: Starbucks located in the lobby of the hotel was a plus!!!!!

Cons: No complimentary water in the room for tea/coffee.

Decent hotel

Pros: Easy parking, good facilities (pool, gym, etc). Nice enough staff. Passable restaurant.

Pros: Nice quiet rooms. Friendly and professional staff.

Cons: Food… terible and expensive

Great convenience for those with relatives at the Hospital.

Pros: Was there to visit relative at the Kendall Baptist Hospital. It was so convenient to have hotel on the property. The shuttle taking us to and fro was great as I had my 82 year old sister with me. Beds in room was big and comfy.

Cons: No shuttle on weekends.

This hotel does not live up to the standard we have come to expect from a Hilton Hotel.

Pros: We liked the position and the park like surroundings

Cons: The room was not well maintained and we had to change room because the doors were falling off the cupboards and could not close. The second room was not much better. The staff we interacted with could hardly speak English which is the official language.
