AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland

Pros: The room is clean. Location is great because it's next to Dadeland shopping mall. It's very convenient.

Pros: The room was well equipped but the basics and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, no complaints there. It was a very convenient short stop. I imagine it would be convenient for longer stays, it's attached to a mall, so you will have everything you need. We didn't try the pool, but that also looked nice. Parking was super convenient and free.

Pros: The location was fantastic, within walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants, in a safe community and close to the airport for out of town travellers. Staff was accessible and helpful. On site restaurant was good and prepared orders very quickly. There were multiple elevators so I never waited for a long time.

Cons: Minor issue- bathroom amenities didn’t include body lotion.

Pros: calm and convenient location, comfortable bed and spacious room

Cons: bathroom light automatically switched off while using, shower room door doesn't close completely and espresso machine was broken

Nice and clean hotel located close to public transport.

Pros: Modern and clean, located within the walking distance from metrolink station. Very good breakfast and free car park.

Cons: Shower with very low pressure and mind of its own - water changes randomly from hot to freezing cold. On arrival we were not given any information unless we explicitly asked for it- e.g. we had breakfast included in our booking but weren’t told where it is served and what time it starts at, we weren’t asked if we want daily housekeeping, weren’t told that $40 deposit for incidentals is being taken along with the payment etc. Even when we asked specific questions the staff would only answer with yes or no and had to be probed to get more info. It was a painful experience.

Pros: very clean rooms. Right next to Dadeland mall which was really convenient for snooping and restaurants.

Cons: housekeeping was slow, sometimes shoddy. moderately loud music almost every night until midnight.

Pros: Taking the typical breakfast in the US hotel into consideration, their offer is really good.

Pros: Hotel was appropriate located near the highway and made our trips in and out of the city convenient. Onsite parking was good.

Cons: How to get to the front of the hotel to checkin was not clear. Better signage would have been more helpful. Additionally the breakfast in the morning while good was expensive.

Pros: Fairly quick car ride to and from airport. Attached to Dadeland Mall so great location for shopping. Lovely staff at front desk and bar/restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The bartender Jocelyn was the best part of our trip. She was very friendly, accommodating and passionate about her work as a bartender. Her aura was refreshing - truly a gem!
