Pros: 🇦🇪The best hotel in Miami from the start, the best manager, the best staff, and the best manager, Carlos. My visit was for treatment, and I was taken care of at the hotel. The best hotel and market, close to everything. The mall is a 4-minute walk, and the supermarket is behind the hotel. Everything is within easy reach. The place is safe, and the community is sophisticated with kind people. My trips were very happy. Thank you, Carlos, and thank you to the hotel manager and the entire hotel staff. The food was delicious.

Pros: Proximity to all I need. The pool. It has a gym, though minimal. Uber drivers can find it.

Pros: The Front desk Jena, Adrian, Charles, Iellin where amaizing, polites, positivs, great service, I never met such a service!!!

Cons: I had problems whith house keeping, they cleaned the rooms very late, after 13:00, most of the time, and sometimes forgot to put face towels and more, the rooms are bigs and comfortebel
