Very reasonably priced accommodation conveniently close to Miami Airport and shopping mall.

Pros: We chose this property as it is relatively close (15 miles) to Miami Int. Airport and therefore a short drive after a long flight. We are glad we did. The room was clean, was of a good size and had one of the largest and most comfortable king beds that we have ever slept in! The free continental breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and ham along with the usual options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the property was conveniently close to an extensive shopping mall. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

Cons: Can’t think of anything in particular.

Pros: Close to shopping and restaurants. Great and friendly staff. Clean room and surroundings. Room amenities. Welcoming and warm feeling just being there.

Pros: The service was impeccable, the staff members were very cordial, and the rooms were cleaned to perfection on a daily basis. Only thing is for there to be a little more variety with breakfast.

Pros: Location great for the airport. The room was a great size. Breakfast was included.

Cons: We had a water leak in our room. The front desk immediately reacted and gave us a new room. They handled the issue in a professional and fast manner.

Pros: It was clean, the staff was very courteous and willing to assist. It's very close to where we were meeting. There is a breakfast which is good enough and rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. It is close to stores where food can be purchased.

Pros: My favourite hotel in Miami.. it has been probably my 5th stay in this property and definitely I book it again next time I come to MIA. Tasty breakfast, good coffe and juice, comfy rooms, I really like The Palms Inn so much! Walking distance to Publix and other stores.. they provide packages receiving, always helpful at the reception. Like the vibe in the hotel... Sure, If you want swimming at Miami Beach, this is not the solution... otherwise, the hotel is the best base for your trips in/around Miami - the Highway is so close.
