Comfort Suites Miami - Kendall

Pros: King room was comfy, well furnished. Nice sofa and Jacuzzi bath. Gas station and convenience store is just next door. They have wide selection of wines.

Cons: The door shielding was poor, so the noise and chatter in the hallway were loud.

Don't have breakfast at this hotel , Comfort is not the word for its breakfast service

Pros: breakfast was a deception. I stayed there for 11 days on my holidays, the hotel is fine well located and reception friendly and good parking places

Cons: breakfast was orful!!! the space was overcrowded each morning, the variety was the same for every days and eggs were not available they prepared like an omelets far from being one, coffee was always could and only one waffle machine for everybody long lines to have one. helpers of the restaurant weren't friendly at all and complaining that hey had to work, the breakfast hours to short since they stopped serving until 10 am, and guest mostly were in their holidays , even more the dates were for Christmas and new year.

Affordable, reliable and relaxing

Pros: The location was quiet and clean. The breakfast was exceptional and was above what I expected. Staff was accommodating

Besides the few not so good comments I made I would still come back and stay as it's a great value for money hotel a

Pros: The room was very good size and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was always good and the staff was very efficient . The price was great value and the location was perfect for us.

Cons: The bed was a little too soft had back pain. The room next door we could hear people speaking as if they in the same room.

Will definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

Pros: There was a perfect size jetted tub in our room that was an unexpected suprise. It was just what was needed after exploring all day.

Cons: The a/c could have been colder. I slept right next to it and could only use a sheet to cover up and was still warm. And there was a unpleasant smell when you first entered the room like trying to mask a smoke smell with a really strong airfreshner.

We enjoyed our stay and will return maybe for a longer stay.

Pros: We love the hotel location and room location. The hotel is always quiet although it's located next to a major expressway, which allows for easy access to and from the hotel. I also like that hotel was able to fulfill our room request as always. Thank you.

Cons: Do to the window treatment we could close the curtains to block out the lighting on the building outside the window. It made sleeping restless. I suffer from migraines and checked out feeling very tired and sleepy. We missed breakfast because we were too tired from a restless night of sleep. This may be something management could resolve for better guest experience.

Pros: El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, siempre súper limpio por donde quiera que uno camine tiene un muy agradable olor, los desayunos excelentes, variados, el personal muy amable en fin 100% recomendado

Cons: En realidad no hubo nada que no me gustara, tal vez si como recomendación el comedor donde se sirve el desayuno debería de ser un poco más grande ya que por ratos está full

Pros: Very comfortable room, excellent bed. Hot water and nice size room, probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Tons of warm food like eggs and bacon and waffles. In the shopping center with tons of restaurants, try the sports bar nearby for great hamburgers.

Very pleased with my choice. Had a pleasent stay.

Pros: Excellent value. Friendly staff. Clean and updated facilities. Safe area.

Cons: I liked everything, it was what I had expected.
