Over all it was still an excellent stay

Pros: It was clean and close to shopping areas and airport

Cons: The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress need to be change on the sofa bed

This was our second time staying and would stay again.

Pros: The time set for breakfast is to early at 7am and ends early as well 9am. Breakfast menu needs to be improved. The location of the hotel is in an excellent location as it is very near to shopping malls like Dolphin, Miami Mall. Close to places to eat.

Cons: Breakfast time to be extended and menu improved. There needs to be additional parking. Owing to periods of rain, the hotel group should consider installing/constructing a covered area for guests to either be dropped off or be collected by their vehicle without getting wet. We we arrived it was raining so had to wait to come out of vehicle.

Pros: Location and the convenience of the shuttle services

Great stay at the Residence Inn

Pros: Situated close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. We were allowed to check in early after coming off a cruise, which was much appreciated. Free shuttle to the mall and airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.

Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet, and staff were friendly. We would have loved to be able to enjoy breakfast in the morning and have a proper look at the property. However, we had an early flight and only had 9 hours at the hotel.

Almost perfect

Pros: Very clean, beautiful, new, good queen beds and bathroom. Amazing shampoo. I love it all. Perfect for families. Fully kitchen.

Cons: Sofa bed. The structure of the sofa bed causes a lot of discomfort, as the mattress is very thin. There is no way to sleep well on the sofa bed. This issue needs to be reviewed.

A very comfortable overnight stay for a family of five. Would recommend for a peaceful hotel near the airport.

Pros: Close enough to Miami airport but far enough to not hear constant planes. The room was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children. Room had a well stocked kitchen. Very modern. Free parking. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym with complimentary towels. Check-out is at midday.

Cons: Breakfast only served until 9am. No room service. The air con was very loud. The lights and TV didn’t work when we arrived in our room so I had to call reception who then told me there was a master switch he’d forgotten to tell me about.

It could be perfect!

Pros: Brand new hotel with big rooms. Good beds, nice kitchenette and a great living room equiped with a huge TV. Good Breakfast and a nice swimming pool, a good laundry and a fitness center. Perfect location near Dolphin Mall and International Mall.

Cons: Rooms should be clean every other day, however we were already 3 days without this service. Just after claiming twice, we were able to have someone cleaning the room. We have stayed 5 nights and they have juts cleaned the room one day.

Exceeded expectations even when compared to much more expensive hotels

Pros: The service at check-in was exceptional - they managed to make a room available well before the scheduled time. The apartment is very comfortable and has a desk and full kitchen, as well as the possibility of streaming on TV. The location is excellent - next to the International Mall, very close to the Dolphin Mall and just a few minutes from Miami airport. Exceptional value for money.
