Perfect stay for one night before joining a cruise

Pros: The location - walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach

Cons: The room was quite cold even after turning the air con off

Would stay again. Nice hotel for short stay

Pros: Friendly staff that go above and beyond to accommodate. Location in middle of south beach, 5 mins walk to beach, doorstep to restaurants and shops

Cons: Bedroom windows were closed but breezy

Fantastic long weekend stay: clean, comfortable and minutes from the beach.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. The 2 restaurants next door (Italian and Cuban) served delicious food and their live music was fantastic!

Good location

Pros: Very good location but that is all. Didn’t like the view from our window but we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it was fine.

Pros: The front desk staff was SO great. If I could give a higher rating just for the staff alone I would. They were accommodating and what they weren't able to accommodate they made up for in other ways.

Cons: Our room was a little run down but it was to be expected as we had read the reviews that the accessibility room (which we booked) was a bit run down but it was perfectly fine

Pros: Everything you need for a visit to Miami. A clean and comfortable room, a good location, and friendly staff. Don't expect luxury, but the standard is appropriate.

Cons: Close to a busy street, but we knew that.

Good option for a stay in Miami, could be excellent once issues addressed.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant attached - Limoncello’s - highly recommended.

Cons: Furniture, some bedding (had holes in) and some decor in need of TLC. Not as close to the beach as implied and view from room not great. Emptying the trash into metal containers below bedroom windows when guests likely to be sleeping is not a great idea.
