good

Pros: -best hotel gym, and I’ve been to quite a few -modern building -good location (depending on what you’re looking for) -rooftop pool is huge

Cons: -small rooms, but that’s no secret..If you’re travelling with a lot of luggage that can be a bit uncomfortable, we stayed four nights and didn’t let the cleaner in once, because there was no place for them to clean

Good stay!

Pros: Clean, enough space for a family of three, quiet location( except fridays when there are roof parties)

Cons: Expensive restaurant, 100$ deposit per night. Returned of course after 1 week.

Decent stay in an area which has a cool vibe.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location if you are looking for an upcoming area with quirky shops and restaurants. The hotel was quite loud at times requiring more than earplugs! Staff were always friendly and helped with every query. Special mention to Oscar and Pedro :)

Cons: Room cleanliness could have been better and parts looked worn. The noise levels will be ridiculous during events.

Pros: lovely clean modern property with good amenities. in the heart of Winward good location.

Pros: Location, cleaness, room size and attention of staff.

Cons: not being able to control AC from the room because it is central but when I called the front desk they took action right away.

It will become my point of reference in Miami

Cons: The breakfast was good but overpriced… The air conditioning was too strong… In my opinion, these are the only things that should be improved.

An excellent trendy hotel with great staff.

Pros: There are many great things to be said about Arlo Wynwood. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful (especially the receptionists and the lovely lady who served us breakfast). The room was big and had all the amenities one could need - hairdryer, mini fridge, toiletries, etc., plus little thoughtful extras. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop pool was an excellent place to cool down in hot Miami weather.

Cons: It'd be nice to introduce quiet hours without music at the pool, as not everyone needs constant noise to relax. The location is a bit of a letdown if you want to do any sightseeing or go out in the evening - without your own car, you either have to use public transportation (and 18 minutes on foot to the Metromover station in Miami sun is no joke, plus you need at least 40 minutes to reach any places of interest) or you just constantly spend money on an Uber.

A cozy hotel with a fantastic team

Pros: Thank you, Arlo Wynwood, for all your hard work! The service was outstanding, and every team member was incredibly kind and helpful. Communication via SMS was quick and efficient. My room was spotless, minimalistic, and cozy, with a comfortable bed, which was especially important to me. I’m really happy with my stay!

Cons: During the night, I was woken up by loud laughter, and unfortunately, the earplugs didn’t really help, so the sound isolation could be improved. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant downstairs was quite nice, but the waiting time was a bit long, you can easily spend an hour or more just for a quick breakfast.

Pros: Pool on roof. Serviceminded and nice staff. Location and facilities. Clean room.

Cons: Expensive parking. Room not ready on arrival.
