Comfortable location

Pros: The hotel is ideally located in Midtown Miami near to the design quarter. There are plenty of places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the area feels safe when out in the evening. We used this hotel for both pre and post on a cruise holiday. The staff were always very helpful, polite and professional. On both occasions we had a room on the 6th floor and on our second visit upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Our thanks to Jessa for looking after us and another member of the staff for booking an Uba for the airport. The rooms were spacious comfortable and well equipped. Both rooms had a small kitchen area but there was no cutlery or plates etc. WiFi was excellent and the air conditioning good. There is no restaurant in the hotel but as previously mentioned there are sufficient places around the hotel. We can recommend Angelina's. There is a lot to see in the area with most accessible on foot. We enjoyed our two stays at the hotel and would return.

Cons: The area can be a noisy during the day and it's on the flight path from Miami airport. There can be a lot of road noise but this is average for the area. The room had good sound proofing and it quietened at night.

Pros: Great location, but what stands out at this property is the staff. Renata at the reception, Rene and Maria in the restaurant upstairs- fantastic service and above all, just very kind and lovely people.

A great hotel in a great location. We would come back again.

Pros: A great hotel in a fantastically convenient location. We were upgraded to a suite and that was fantastic to have the extra space (we had a lot of luggage!) WE could walk everywhere locally and felt safe. IT was too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and the gym was well equipped and large. We would definitely come back.

Friendly staff

Pros: The staff was very friendly. My room was spacious with.lots of comforts.and amenities.

Cons: The pool and hot tub had very strong chemicals. They bleached my swimsuit.

Cool stylish hotel near Design District and Wynnwood.

Pros: Absolutely loved it. The stylish design, the huge rooms, the pool on the rooftop, the super nice staff. Definitely will be back.

Pros: I wish the pool had evening hours. The hot tub was in repair for the entire visit.

Cons: Longer pool hours. Working hot tub.
