Great location in Miami Downtown

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location for cruise travelers and business, cleanness.

Pros: Perfect pre-cruise location. We were celebrating our 55th anniversary and we were treated to a room upgrade and more, the staff were all warm and welcoming. Will be a Hilton fan forever.

Downtown

Pros: Old school hotel in Miami Downtown. Great experience of the american standards which are not always logic on other places in the world.

Cons: Climate (ac and heat) control in the room was not working at all.

Good hotel with great staff and bar

Pros: Great check-in experience — they gave us complimentary early check-in and a room with good views. The 1601 Bar is great and the food there and at the Brisa restaurant is good with generous portions. The beds are very comfortable. Check-out experience also was very smooth.

Great overnight stay with fantastic facilities and friendly staff - would highly recommend

Pros: We were on a single night stop over prior to embarking on a cruise from the nearby port, upon check in the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. As it was my partners birthday I'd organised to surprise her with decorating the room which the hotel were fantastic at sorting for me ahead of arrival along with an appreciated birthday gesture from the hotel. The breakfast had plenty of selection plus an omelette station whilst everything was fresh and tasty. The gym was well equipped, clean and functional, whilst the pool was well kept and a good size to spend some time prior to check out. The onsite restaurant served up some good food which was well needed after the long flight from the UK. Another added bonus was transfers from the hotel to the cruise terminal for a small charge. Overall a very pleasant stay and a facility I would certainly consider returning to should we be in the area in the future

Cons: As mentioned in the positive section, the birthday decorations for my partner were great, the only downside was the price... I believe Hilton need to review the pricing as the cost of this should not exceed the rate of a room for the night given the standard inclusion was balloons/decorations, with anything extra at additional cost (bubbly, cake or strawberry's) The onsite restaurant struggled to keep up with the demand on the night. Whilst still delivering good food, the service was the only negative with drinks taking time and the food even longer

Pros: Great location and we got a good price. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful so all round happy with our stay.

Cons: Property is very dated. Pictures are of a once was. In need of some tlc.

Pros: Room large and very clean, used ubers to get around Miami, didnt eat in the hotel, ate out. Stayed here because the hotel has a shuttle service to the cruise terminal, very convenient
