Fantastic location for the WYNWOOD area.

Pros: The available extras outside the lift area such as ear plugs, tooth brushes etc.

Cons: Signage from level 1 to 2nd floor reception could be better with better signage in the lift. Surprised that room wasn’t serviced following the 1st night stay. English breakfast tea would also be preferable rather than flavoured tea bags which would likely be the preference of UK guests.

Pros: נסעתי למטרת עבודה. המיקום של המלון היה מושלם בדיוק לייד המקום של הכנס בו השתתפתי. הצוות מאוד נחמד ומשתף פעולה. התקשורת היתה מצויינת והמענה מהיר. במידת הצורך, וודאי שאחזור למלון זה.

Cons: לדעתי החדר קצת קטן והיה כדאי להוסיף קומקום לחדר.

Pros: Ottima posizione, hotel mlto bello e molto apprezzata la presenza di giochi.

Cons: Avevamo la colazione inclusa ma non c'era nè troppa scelta neanche di qualità. Suggeriamo maggiore varietà di scelta. Da segnalare che sono state consegnate le bevande calde e solo 20 minuti abbondanti le brioches. La chiusura della piscina/solarium alle 15 ci è sembrata troppo restrittiva,

Pros: It was in a good location for where we needed to be.

Cons: It was loud outside from surrounding areas not the fault of the hotel.. The people in the room next to ours were ridiculously loud at 1am-2am shouting and slamming their door. Pillows have no give not very comfy and I was over charged a coffee from their little market area on the 2nd floor sign said $6 and the person at the bar charged me $7 not a huge deal but still other than that everything was good and the staff was kind and friendly.
