Great hotel with very good location

Pros: Great hotel with a very good location. The staff was very helpful and kind in always. Our room was very clean and good sized. The view was wonderful and we had two balconys (one larger and one smaler). The bathroom was ver y nice and good sized. The beds was very good and we sleept very well. The food in the hotel was very good. The pool area was wonderful and the heated pool was so nice. We where over all very pleased with our stay!

Good but probably wouldn’t stay again..

Pros: Good location and nice enough hotel, stayed in ritz Carlton before this is nicer but not as good as Betsy or the Edition based on other stays. I’d pay a bit more to be in a better hotel. It’s fine as a hotel but didn’t feel it was wow.

Cons: Room is more basic lacks some pictures and smaller size than edition. Lifts very slow and frustrating. Crazy given amount spent on hotel. Nice bar staff but had Russian/east European lady who could barely speak a word in English which was frustrating. I paid in advance for a discount food package which they charged for but didn’t credit to the account until after I pointed it out after checking out which is poor from a billing error perspective although it was corrected.

Pros: As far as I know the owners spent $100M for the renovation and the hotel design, facility, fitness equipment, staff everything was absolutely gorgeous.

Definately worth staying and has to be on any shortlist for South Beach

Pros: Very nice hotel in Miami South Beach. Amazing pool area and great pool staff. Good gym and room was adequate.

Cons: I found the food menus quite limiting for breakfast and the pool

Great stay in super hotel at the beach.

Pros: Super newly renovated hotel with the feeling of the good old days in the 1960ies. Great service people helpful and friendly.

Cons: The food in the restaurant and at the bar .

Exceptional

Pros: The most beautiful Hotel I ever stayed at! Everyone just lovely and helpful. Aidan knows everything and Felipe such a helpful young man. They want to make your stay the best you ever had. Service at the pool incredible. The whole staff just nice and attentive. Had an incredible week with my 2 sons ( 20 and 16yrs) We ll definitely come back!
