Great staff make this a great hotel

Lovely stay close to south beach

Pros: Ideally located suite was very big bed was so comfortable. 2 hour free bike rental was brilliant

Cons: One reception staff did not like their job !

Beautiful hotel located in an excellent area in South Beach

Pros: We loved the location - very close to the beach and the ocean drive road. We also loved how spacious the room was which gave us the ability to feel more comfortable. Also cleaning was excellent and consistent. Hotel offered daily coffee, tea, water in the morning. They also offered e-bikes free for 2 hours which we used to explore Miami. People were always there to say greet you and help you with anything you needed. Also they offered free sunbeds on the beach where we could enjoy the sun and the beach.

Cons: I would like to see a gym in the hotel as it was a 5 star hotel. However I must say that the hotel did offer workout classes to a gym opposite the hotel. I did not personally utilize it as I follow very specific training schedule. Needless to say, Miami offers an absolutely amazing weather so I did not need gym as you can easily exercise on the outside. Also hotel felt a bit smaller than the pictures, it was more like a boutique hotel, still very cosy and beautiful.

Excellent Stay

Pros: The arrival and greeting from the staff to the scent in the lobby area just made the arrival experience so relaxing and exciting. The rooftop pool was awesome, the food at the rooftop pool was always very good. The bedroom/loft suite was very comfortable and the toiletries were very good.

Cons: The room was showing its age a little with the grouting and tiling in the bathrooms needing some updating, I wouldn't say it was dirty but just a bit old and needing some refreshment.

Excellent south beach hotel which was family friendly

Pros: Such a good hotel- there are free bikes you can use for 2 hours per day. There is a free beach bag and towels to borrow, free coffee 7-10am which is good! Water stations situated in lobbies to refill and happy hour which is also free 4-5! Staff were really kind letting us check in early as the room was ready and they could see the kids were tired.

Cons: we’re were in the 2nd building but would of been nice to see the rooms in the main building

Highly recommend for a short stay

Pros: Good location, beds extremely comfortable. There was a nice touch that you got free coffee in the morning and they had a happy hour in the afternoon. The pool on the roof was lovely. The fishfinger sandwich was amazing.

Pros: large comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, roof terrace with swimming pool, well-soundproofed rooms, restaurants downstairs.

Cons: A bit overpriced, especially the restaurant. One croissant for $10?? A bit excessive. When making the reservation, I think I included breakfast. Once there, it turned out we didn't have breakfast and the cost per person was $30. That's a gross exaggeration.

Good location

Pros: Beautiful hotel and great location. I liked the happy hour. Welcome drinks and gift bag my son received. The food was also ok upstairs in pool area.

Cons: I want the option of an expresso machine in the room. I dont want to wait till its 7am to get communal coffee downstairs. We do not get free water in rooms. They cost about 6$ (ridiculous) atleast give us complimentary water on first day. There was an incident that occurred while there with a black couple. I did not like it. Police were called as one staff member accused them of not being guests- but they were. I disliked how the hotel handled it. Didnt even apologize to US patrons who saw the whole thing unfold. As a black person it is traumatizing to see police pull up while you rid nothing wrong. Luckily the police were kind and respectful towards the couple. But it left a terrible taste in my mouth.
