Excellent

Pros: The view of the ocean from the sea view balcony. The breakfast at the market restaurant was amazing and the bar was great.

Fantastic

Pros: It was very clean and the staff are always so polite and helpful. Its very family friendly and I love all the different areas of entertainment like the outdoor area with two pools, a grass area for kids to play, bowling, ice skating, cycling.

Cons: The large pool is not heated and the chairs are often taken very early for the whole day. It would be good if they have a policy that chairs will be released if unoccupied for more than 1 hour.

Beautiful and quiet location, great hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Food was good and loved the fresh coffee every morning!

Cons: Cocktails are not the best and pretty expensive but that applies to Miami overall rather than the hotel itself.

We were very satisfied overall!

Pros: The lobby, decoration and colours. The staff was extremely polite & kind, with very good manners, always rushing to open the door for us!

Cons: Cant say there is anything i did not like! If i had to point something, that would be the smell that comes from the breakfast place to the lobby. Have stayed in lots of hotels by the beach and so far this was our best experience!

Perfect

Pros: One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. So beautiful and incredible amenities.

Cons: The $44 for the buffet breakfast was probably not as worth it as it should be. But that would be my only complaint

Pros: Staff and property - excellent . Staff very helpful and efficient. Would like a sauna and steam to be added to the property.

Pros: Location, staff, restaurants and bar were really amazing. Hotel Lobby ceiling looks questionable, as you walk in you expect to have things immaculate and on first glance it looks like it has yellow staining due to leaks but which is an eye sore. Other than that room size and layout was great although I felt from a design / interior perspective it was bland. I would stay here again given the overall offering, but believe the hotel has an opportunity to level up based on some minor tweaks.

Very nice hotel, but not brilliant

Pros: We like our arrival, the bar and live music performance. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The Dinner options are limited and hardly any vegetarian options, staff arrogant. The pool was very busy and at no time we did not smell weed.
