The Palms Hotel & Spa

Pros: unfortunately, due to our very tight schedule, we did not have the opportunity to enjoy any of the attractions or facilities at your hotel. However, I would truly like to express my appreciation for the breakfast — it was excellent and of a very high standard. Please extend my compliments to your team. Additionally, I would like to say that your property is absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself made a wonderful impression on us, and we genuinely regret not having had more time to fully experience everything it offers.

Perfect end to our holiday

Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and polite and helpful. Pool area lovely very comfortable sun loungers, soft towels very clean areas and staff lovely. Very clean spacious rooms very comfortable beds. Overall excellent stay

Cons: The light switches were not properly functioning and the walls were paper thin. We could hear people sneezing and having conversations outside our door and next to us.

Pros: The staff is amazing. They have a great option for late check outs until 3pm. The Spa is great to relax and the location on the beach with beach club is superb. Valet parking is amazing, location is great. Have a little shop available downstairs.

Cons: Sometimes the hot water takes time to function, some hours when the hotel is using it might happen that the water is warm like but they told us they fix it. The walls are a bit thin. Beach food is ok but nothing special, would improve this aspect.

Excellent, tranquil stay with a few minor quirks

Pros: Fantastic hotel - absolutely worth the money. We arrived well before the official check-in time (at 10 a.m.). The staff immediately gave us access cards for the pool, gym, and other facilities, so we could enjoy the hotel while we waited. Within about 20–25 minutes our room was ready and we were checked in—so quick and convenient. After checkout at 11 a.m., we had a late flight. We asked if we could stay on the property, and they once again gave us access cards. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed excellent drinks without any hassle. Overall, an excellent, luxurious hotel. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Cons: The bathroom light switch in our room was broken, and the keycard-activated elevator system was awkward - the touchpad often didn’t register on the first try and sometimes worked only on the third or fourth attempt. Also, the location is on the quieter side of Miami. If you’re coming strictly for nightlife and want to be in the thick of it, this probably isn’t the best base. But if you prefer calm and quiet, it’s perfect.
