An extremely good hotel, we would be happy to return.

Pros: Large comfortable room. The hotel and grounds were spotless , and the breakfast was superb. The staff were efficient and friendly, and only too pleased to help us.

Cons: More outdoor toilets needed, and sometimes waiting too long for the lifts

Pros: I really enjoy the breakfast offer and the piña colada cocktail was amazing.

Cons: The hall way noise at night was very noticable from inside the room.

Great location and clean rooms

Pros: Prefect location to beach , spacious clean rooms. All staff were helpful and attentive especially at pool bar and during breakfast service. Staff in reception area to help with booking transport/ any tours etc. Great hotel for all ages.

Pros: Amazing experience. Room was clean and smells good. Staffs were friendly and accomodating. Location is perfect.

Pros: Good location, staff was all very friendly. Premises is nice and everything was clean.

Cons: The restaurant was a little underwhelming. I realize it's Buffett food but for the price I was expecting a little more. Food quality was just below average and nothing to write home about. In my opinion, since the hotel seems higher end I think they should do away with the buffet all together and make it a high end restaurant experience. Another critique is that the pool closes at 6pm which I find crazy for a pool in Miami. Should be somewhere in the ballpark of 10pm at least. The is a bit nitpicking but shower took about 10 minutes to warm up to a reasonable temperature. Could just be that room.
