Very Good

Pros: The apartment was big enough for 3 people, natural light all over the rooms. Very comfortable beds The property provide sunbed towels and sun lotion

Cons: The pot and pan were hold and not very clean. I preferred the duvet when it was in a duvet cover rather than between two sheets.

The manager helped resolve our issue. The manager (male) was very patient and very polite.

Cons: Wi-Fi is bad and doesn’t work well most of the time. The pool is a bit dirty and should be cleaned more often.

Pros: Great Location, walking distance to Mid and South Miami beach, restaurants and public transport.

Cons: Decor needs refreshing/updating. noise control needs to be enforced. Had a poolside room and people.partying still with loud music at 2am. Couldn't sleep until the poolside partying finished. However it is Miami after all!

Pros: So close to the beach to run and swim! The garden upfront is quiet and a beautiful place for breakfast. An oasis

Pros: The apartment was very large and although it was close to the pool it was quiet, there were some noises at night coming from other rooms. They don't do daily cleaning, but when we asked they complied and our room was very clean, and the person who cleaned it was very attentive to detail. The garden and pool area were always very clean, pool/beach towels were provided. There was coffee and tea available at reception, and on the day we checked out, we were able to enjoy the pool area after hours. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the beach and also close to a bicycle station and markets. I recommend you buy the city bike rental package, it's very worthwhile to cycle around and enjoy the city.

Cons: The air conditioning was very noisy and the curtains didn't completely block out the light. No beach chairs or parasols were provided. The freezer wasn't working properly, it only kept drinks cold, but our ice cream completely melted.

Pros: The hotel is located in a great, quiet area — very close to the ocean and the bus stop. It’s easy to get anywhere from here. I really liked that there was a kitchen with a pot, pan, and dishes available. The sofa turns into a bed, but in our apartment it was a bit uncomfortable because the bed frame could be felt in the middle. One time, our key stopped working, but the front desk staff fixed it right away. The pool was clean. Overall, we had a very good experience!
