Iberostar Waves Miami Beach

Good location not far from the beach. Very pleasant staff and lovely roof top bar.

Pros: The staff were super helpful at check in and check out. We did not have breakfast but it did look good. Evening meal was fantastic. Really enjoyed the roof top bar whilst waiting to leave before the airport.

Excellent Hotel with excellent staff and Bistro.

Pros: Staff were great. Hotel great. Bistro great. Location great, just ten minutes from the beach. Loved it. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great location with great staff and service.

Cons: Nothing.

Star Staff

Pros: ALL the staff smiled & spoke to us. Special thanks to the night shift receptionist. Didn't get his name unfortunately. He's a STAR.

Cons: Not enough lights in the room

Pros: We loved the location and the fact that you have at your disposal a private beach and a swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and polite and welcoming every time we walked through the lobby. The room was clean and kept clean by the lovely staff throughout our stay. Honorable mention the room facilities like the ironing board, the iron, a very good hairdryer and a good mini fridge

Cons: The fact that we could not open the window was a bit of a problem as sometimes it did feel like we were trapped in a box. The aircon was incredibly noisy and we had to switch it off during the night. I would also recommend investing in a better coffee machine

Stayed on my own and felt safe . Room ok for 1 person but would feel small for 2 . Bit basic.

Pros: The staff, nice bar and restaurant area. Felt safe

Perfect location, lovely hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel in the perfect location for us. Staff and facility’s were great. Room had everything we needed.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Pros: Nice room (we were in the newer and therefore slightly bigger room). Very helpful person at the front desk. Nice pool at the top of the building.

Pros: Great sized rooms with a safe and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. I felt very safe here as a solo female and the staff were very friendly.

Pros: It's the best hotel I have stayed in lately. Staff are professional in their work . Receptionist Sozedad is excellent . Housekeeping, breakfast , loppy, and the swimming pool are amazing

Great location and reasonable value for money

Pros: Good location and nice and clean hotel but room we paid for was a bit small, the queen sized bed was difficult to move around, room 102 was on ground floor close to reception and there was some noise as people went past inside the hotel, it would appear the walls are not soundproofed ?! That said the staff were friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible- try the breakfast it’s good !!

Cons: See above, would of preferred a bigger room and not one so close to reception
