Riverside Hotel

Lovely older hotel with period charm

Pros: Period charm, great lobby with fireplaces. Able to dine in multiple venues within the hotel building.

Cons: The bathroom door in our room would not shut properly.

A charming gem in the heart of it all!

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. We ate at 2 restaurants on site and they were both excellent in service and quality. Room was clean with comfortable bed and great shower pressure.

Cons: I loved everything!

Fabulous location & hotel

Pros: The location is amazing and the rooms are large & well appointed . The reception Christmas decorations were fabulous and the staff very helpful.Michael on the desk at 11pm was extremely helpful

Great downtown location, relaxing yet also convenient with attractive rooms, friendly staff.

Pros: Beautifully situated hotel, near the river, close to shops and public transport. The room was comfortable, friendly staff and we were lucky (and appreciative) of having an early check in.

Cons: Not charging for water, a larger bathroom, more places to eat on site, more pillows.

Fantastic. Could have stayed another day or so.

Pros: Excellent location. Fantastic bars and restaurants not a stone's throw away. Art galleries and boat tour activities within easy walking distance. A beautiful area with a lot to enjoy.

Cons: Having initially been allocated rooms in the dingier section of the hotel, our party of four were upgraded to the Tower, but at a cost. Two members of the party were celebrating their 70th birthdays - it would have been a welcome gesture not to charge us bearing in mind our reason for changing rooms is that the rooms allocated were very musty and smelly. We had our 95 year old asthmatic mother with us and would not have put her through such discomfort. That said, the staff were doing their job. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Pros: Excellent location , nice cleaning staff , comfortable beds & rooms . Little bar open late , great pool area .. & great size pool bar/restaurant with sports & good atmosphere

Loved the location, and the breakfast was really good.

Pros: The breakfast was good value in the restaurant, we were served the first day by a robot server which was a novelty! The breakfast was very nice. Hotel in a very good location, close to the river walk with free boat rides. You can also take a full trip from outside the hotel for miles along the river.

Cons: The hotel is a little dated but that is fine. The only thing I found wrong was to charge $7 for a bottle of water in the room,whiltst staying in Florida all the other hotels gave water complimentary every day of our stay.

Good value in a great location

Pros: Amazing location on Las Olas Blvd. Great pool area where you can view yachts passing by, complimented by a vibrant pool bar and restaurant. Plenty of other places to eat and drink on the property too. Reception staff great.

Cons: Bathroom was basic and quite small, but manageable. Mattresses were quite firm.
