Would stay again

Pros: Great location, lovely suites and transport to the cruise port at a reasonable price which was very efficient.

Cons: Breakfast finished at 9.00 am which was too early

Pros: Great location close to port, staff friendly. Rooms clean and tidy really nice

Cons: Breakfast was chaos, very overcrowded could have done with opening the other restaurant . Cocktail hour for free drink the queue was mass8ve tiny bar for everyone trying to get drinks

Perfect hotel for a nights stay prior to Cruise, but verrrry expensive!

Pros: Absolutely ideal for a nights stay prior to our Cruise. The suite was gorgeous and modern but the bathroom was a massive let down! It was like stepping back into 1970!

Will not stay there again due to the food.

Pros: Location great. Suite terrific. Lots of space. It had basic amenities but everything worked well.

Cons: The food. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was almost indelible. I had steak and my husband had a club sandwich. Even with a steak knife it was almost impossible to cut. The sandwich was so dry it was unappetising. A club sandwich should at least have some mayonnaise. Breakfast was okay if you like a big cooked breakfast. But if you want something fresh like a good quality yogurt or bowl of fruit, it was totally inadequate. The hotel uses plastic cutlery and paper cups for drinks - really cheap.

Would we stay again, yes

Pros: Used for easy port access having stayed at the Suite before.

Cons: Plastic and paper crockery and plates let down the breakfast, not very environmentally friendly either.

Fantastic setting, spacious and comfortable room.

Pros: Good breakfast options. We both had omelettes and really enjoyed them. He setting in the courtyard was lovely as was the outside pool area with ponds of koi carp etc.

Cons: I know tipping is the done thing in the states and I’m generally fine with that, but automatically adding 18% to every drink at the bar is not on. Two drinks (doubles) cost $56, took 40 seconds to make but then $10 is added ! To me that is just robbery.

Very comfortable and positively eventful

Pros: The area was safe to walk around and explore. The rooms were very spacious and modern.

Cons: I did not find anything to complain about.

Cons: needs updating. Facility felt dingy and unkempt
