Good value, convenient and modern hotel near Brightline station, comfortable room with breakfast.

Pros: Located right near the Brightline station, very convenient for using public transport and not too far to walk to downtown, where the restaurants and shops are. Clean, spacious room and friendly staff.

Cons: Not much near the hotel due to it being near the train station and a bit noisy outside, breakfast a bit limited.

Great room condition, and facilities.

Pros: Facilities, and the room condition. Did not charge for early check-in (3 pm).

Cons: The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and I didn’t get as much information as other English-speaking guests. Maybe it’s because English isn’t my first language, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe.

It was truly an amazing experience!

Pros: I love the location. When I walk into a hotel I usually pick up the smell. The sweet aroma as I walked in the door made me aware of the cleanliness of this hotel and I was right.

Cons: For me, nothing could have been better. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. One young lady was off her shift and I was waiting for a package that was delivered. The others were a bit busy but she still assisted me.
