Pros: Outstanding staff that really make an effort to ensure all guests feel welcome and included. The result is a friendly community feel among the guests who like to socialize around the pool and during happy hour.

Cons: Due to the limited space on the property there are not enough lounge chairs around the pool.

Pros: Matt was a wonderful host; whether he offered to carry your suitcase to your room, or top up your coffee or do some handyman work around the property. He always did it with a smile. I really enjoyed Tom’s playful sense of humor, and Phil could mix a wonderful drink. The owner was a gregarious man who lived next door. Overall, I enjoyed the chattiness and ease of meeting people from around the world. You could stay in a big chain, but where would you have a sense of community such as at the Big Coconut.

Cons: I felt the first room I stayed in was a little tired. The furniture could’ve used a steam cleaning.

Amazing … can’t wait to book again

Pros: Wow, what can I say - first class communications through the whole check in process. David should be very proud of his crew. A special shout out to Tom who delivered customer service like you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

Cons: Some “snowbirds” who thought they ran / owned the place, I suppose you can get them anywhere - just learned to ignore the ground hog day conversations.

Pros: the breakfast was great coffee exceptional . the staff was great especially Mathew he was always working and working hard making sure all guests had everying they needed. I am looking forward to returning in the future. hopefully next year.

Pros: Everyone was so welcoming. Felt like home. Beautiful courtyard.

Super, super toll!

Pros: Schon in dem Moment als ich das guesthouse und dann das Zimmer betrat fühlte ich mich fantastisch und der Urlaub konnte beginnen. Die Anlage ist schön, tropisch und gepflegt - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die drei Jungs machen einen fantastischen Job. Der schöne pool konnte rund um die Uhr genutzt werden. Am Freitag und Samstag gab es eine Happy Hour mit allem drum und dran. Zimmerreinigung sehr gut. Personal immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Nicht zu vergessen dass es in dieser schönen Umgebung auch viele angenehme Kontakte zu den anderen Gästen gibt. Das wird nicht mein letztes Mal gewesen sein. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Pros: Le personnel est soucieux de votre confort. Etablissement discret, agréable pour se reposer. Parking gratuit ce qui tient du miracle en Floride. Cadre agréable, écrin de verdure avec la piscine.

Cons: Sans hésité le petit déjeuner un peu léger. L'indisponibilité de la piscine pendant 1 jour, l'entretien aurait pu être réalisé en fin d'après midi et pas en fin de matinée.
