Perfect for a short or long stay. Comfortable, clean plus great location.

Pros: Great location. Near beach, mall, water taxi, Starbucks. What’s not to like.

Cons: Christmas prices, rates very expensive. Very popular hotel so always full. Victim of its own success I suppose.

Comfortable. Friendly and fabulous stay. Will definitely stay again but will book direct with hotel.

Pros: Location. Nice restaurant and helpful friendly staff

Cons: Nothing about the property. Booking.com reserved a different room to what I paid for on the app. The hotel rectified the mistake but we incurred a $80pn charge.

Pros: We were greeted by Joe who made us feel so welcome! He couldn't have been more helpful! We had driven through the night to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and Joe immediately put our minds at rest with his uplifting presence! He was there when we checked out and again, his demeanour was excellent!

As expected, good value for money!

Pros: Great location - huge and spacious suite with a lovely view from the balcony of the waterway. 10 mins walk to the beach and a good shopping mall next door to the hotel.

Cons: Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy in the room, however it was very effective in keeping the place cool!

What an excellent hotel

Pros: The room was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was out over the canal and was excellent. The hotel back onto the canal and there is a river taxi station at the hotel quay, excellent. The food at the hotel was first rate. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind.
