Rolo Beach Hotel

Great location, clean well kept rooms. Would stay again in future.

Pros: Location was fantastic, walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, with shops, restaurants etc. The area directly around the hotel is residential/other hotels and is quiet and feels safe. Rooms were clean and well presented but simple.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice small hotel close to the beach

Pros: Nice renovated apartment, swimming pool, close to the beach, quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Make sure to get the room in the renovated building. by mistake we were given the wrong room in the old building at first. I would not like to stay there, air conditioning was very loud, making it unusable.

Excellent location, safe, quiet, clean and had all we needed, for our stay.

Pros: Location excellent - peaceful, safe, clean and spacious.

Cons: The only thing we could have done with is some oven dishes, as there were none.

Comfortable and nicely renovated

Pros: Newly renovated to a high standard. Microwave was a positive. Very comfortable bedding. Not too far from beach. About a 2km walk to supermarket. Bus stop fairly handy to get around.

Cons: A bit far from a lot of restaurants as we didn't have a car. I like to be amongst more shops etc. Still getting used to accommodation not servicing rooms daily. Did think the weekend rates were quite high for the area. Not all the rooms have been renovated which will be reflected in the price.

Pros: I liked the location. Close to the beach and quaint restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The rooms were outstanding. King bed, coffee maker, table with chairs, microwave and fridge.

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything ! Staff is very kind, room are large and clean, the area is very quiet and 5min away from the beach ! I have nothing wrong to say, just THANK YOU. We will coming back and recommend!

Two nights stay before a cruise

Pros: Very easy late check-in process, clean rooms and good location. The beach and restaurants can be found nearby and there is a large grocery store quite close (approx.. 15-20 minutes walk). The property was nice and the staff was helpful.

Close to the main street yet quiet

Pros: The manager, Chris, was extremely nice: he upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost since the one we booked was in the older part of the hotel. He provided us with clean towels and blankets whenever we needed it and he even gave me free water on a day where I was feeling sick. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach and I a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved it!

Cons: The heating seemed to have some issues but we did great with the extra blankets.

Pros: The hotel is very new. Therefore the rooms are in very good condition and it is very clean, the bathrooms are well ahead of the others in this class. The staff is very nice and supportive. No breakfast is offered, but this becomes clear when ordering. And on the other hand there is a small kitchen that you can actually use, with an oven, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils you need. The location is good: close to the beach and within easy reach of the hotspots of Atlantic Blvd, yet it is very quiet. Recommended.
