Cozzy Apt

Pros: Beautiful apartment, clean, cozy and in a very safe area, parking included... I will be back!!!

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in heller geräumiger Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung und auch die Küche waren sehr groß und hell. Die Betten waren bequem. Genug Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Fragen sofort und ausführlich geantwortet.

Cons: Die Esszimmerstühle waren etwas wackelig. Die Pfannen waren zum Teil in schlechtem Zustand. Es gab nur einen 4er-Satz Tassen Teller und Besteck. Deshalb mussten wir die Spülmaschine halb voll laufen lassen. Bis in der Dusche warmes Wasser kam, hat es vergleichsweise lange gedauert.

Pros: Logement spacieux et propre. Place de parking gratuite disponible à proximité du logement. Hôte disponible et attentif. Quartier calme et sécurisé.

Pros: La propiedad es grande y cómoda. Los dos baños son clave. Rocky es un anfitrión excelente. Siempre estuvo pendiente de mi estadía. Seguro volveré

Pros: El departamento está en un barrio muy lindo cerca de la playa de Surfside. Lo que más me gustó fue que es amplio, dividido en 2 ambientes con dos baños. Está muy bien equipado y tiene estacionamiento y piscina

Pros: I like the location, we rented a car so it was easy to accomplish our plan, we also use public transportation to go to Miami Beach and Downtown. It’s located in a clean and sure place. I always got quick and complete responses. Unit has the required to prepared your own food. We were just two people, but will be enough for four. Parking available and fair internet connection.

Cons: 1. I noticed some improvements were made, but some seemed cheap and poorly executed, e.g. poorly fastened power outlets 2. I stayed 9 nine nights and no cleaning was done on any day, I even had to take care of the garbage, buy garbage bags and take them out of the unit.

Cons: No nos funcionó internet, pero nos dieron clave de depto contiguo y todo ok. Un baño tapado, pero por problema del edificio, no del drpto
