Has parking, access to laundry facilities, great host, beautiful views and only a short walk to a good surfing beach

Pros: Great location and the property seemed really gratifying value for considering that. The view was incredible and worth every penny. The beds were very comfortable too. We had several problems (no fault of the property) but the host went above and beyond and to help resolve them including helping return a lost wedding ring which have quickly gotten me in trouble considering this was our honeymoon.

Appartement mit Schwächen

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt für uns . 20min zufuss zum Strand, daher keine teure Parkgebühr . Haus liegt am Kanal, sehr schöne Aussicht und ruhig gelegen. Lokale in der Nähe

Cons: Wenn das Badezimmer komplett renoviert worden wäre und nicht nur die Fliesen wäre unsere Bewertung besser gewesen. Die Badewanne ,der Duschkopf und die kommode haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ebenso der Bodenbelag im Appartement hat zuviel Wasser gesehen. Teilweise von der Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen.

Amplio departamento con buena ubicación

Pros: El departamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Se nota que le pusieron amor para arreglarlo. Es un departamento amplio. La heladera y cocina amplias. Rocky respondió a todas mis consultas. La pileta y la vista al rio excelentes.

Cons: El baño principal es un poco viejo, la bañera despintada, y costaba que se vaya el agua en el lavatorio. Quizas deberían renovar el baño. La vajilla no estaba completa, habia solo 3 tenedores y éramos 4.

Pros: O prédio é bom, a localização é maravilhosa e o apartamento é excelente mas precisa de uma modernização e melhoria na limpeza mas nada que atrapalha a estadia. Gostei muito.
