Un appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé et le descriptif est fidèle. Nous avions besoin d’équipements supplémentaires et l’équipe nous les a fourni rapidement.

Cons: La piscine n’est pas chauffée mais les enfants se sont baignés.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente. El tamaño del apartamento es muy grande, buen espacio, tiene parqueo, éramos 4, mi esposa y yo, mi hermana y mi papá y pudimos dormir todos bien cómodos. La vista es espectacular. Bien equipado, necesitábamos más café y con mucho gusto nos brindaron. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier duda. La entrada es muy fácil. En fin todo súper bien. No hay ninguna queja.

Cons: No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Estaba perfecto

Pros: מיקום הדירה מצוין הדירה משופצת חלקית. חניה זמינה וזה יתרון משמעותי בסביבה הזו יש מרפסת על המים נעימה לישיבה

Cons: חסר עוד קצת איבזור בדירה נוחות המיטות הכריות טעון שיפור. הריהוט בדירה כמו הספה והכסאות זקוק לרענון דחוף. דירה עם פוטנציאל אדיר - עם עוד קצת השקעה היא היתה מושלמת

Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme bei einem eventuellen erneuten Floridabesuch auf jeden Fall wieder

Pros: Positives: Sauber. Der wunderbare schattenreiche Balkon mit grandiosem Ausblick. Lage: Ruhig trotz rel. verkehrsreicher Umgebung, da am Wasser gelegen und die Fenster erstaunlich schalldicht sind. Ausgezeichnetes WLAN. Sehr exakt funktionierende, leise Klimaanalge. Bett (Single-Nutzung) prima. Ausstattung Küche und sanitäre Raume – Grundausstattung, mehr brauche ich persönlich im Urlaub nicht. Erfreulich viel Platz, auch für Gepäck und Sonstiges (sep. Raum). Codes Gebäudeeingang und Apartment incl. zusätzlicher Verriegelung von innen (Apt), unkompliziert, sicher und unabhängig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu der Zeit, als ich da war , sehr gut. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert.

Cons: Die Sitzgelegenheiten. Couch: die Sitzpolster schräg nach vorn abfallend, unkomfortabel . Einige Esstischstühle defekt (wackelig)

Pros: La tranquilidad de la zona y del edificio, la vista desde el departamento y la amabilidad y predisposición del anfitrión.

Cons: Dos detalles: Habia TV en el living pero no en la habitación y la mesa era muy pequeña para 4 personas. Mas allá de eso, todo estaba perfecto y la experiencia fue muy buena.

Excelente

Pros: Excelente localização, vista linda, cama confortável, ar condicionado perfeito.

Cons: No dia do check out, estávamos aguardando a chegada do nosso carro e misteriosamente uma mulher entrou no apartamento com a nossa senha, foi tenebroso e constrangedor (provavelmente ela era da limpeza, mas foi totalmente inconveniente)
