Cozy apartment wsteps to beach boardwalk

Pros: Location is very close to the beach. Good restaurants and bars very close by. All you need for a short stay is here.

Cons: Air conditioning units need updating. Filters were clogged and they sounded like a plane taking off when on.

Pros: Well lit area at night, room was clean, enjoyed having a mini-kitchenette for making food/heating leftovers with cookware provided.

Cons: Bedroom AC blew cool, not cold. Smell of air fresheners was potent and disruptive.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, el lugar súper cómoda, lo único q sugiero es que indiquen que esa habitación no cuenta con parqueadero, ya que todos los demás si tienen pero esa no, y eso si es una complicación en el lugar. Por el resto todo súper bien.

Pros: The location was great. I liked that it had everything we needed. Extra pillows, blankets, kitchenware, toiletries. I would stay again.

Cons: Tiny ants. Although, I did appreciate that they posted a warning. Do not leave any food out. They will get into it. We brought ziploc bags and put food in containers.

The rental was reasonably priced, conveniently located, and comfortable.

Pros: The air conditioning was optimal. The beds and bed linens were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked. I also appreciated that beach towels were available.

Cons: Overall communication was lacking. Had asked for extra towels prior to and upon arrival but none were provided. Towel quality could be improved. I did not know there was a beach chair until I looked under the bed when checking out. Communication as to where extra linens were located could be greatly improved. Chat feature on website was unavailable so had to phone for assistance which went unaddressed nor were my requests follow up on. It was odd that most units had parking spaces with the exception of the unit I rented. I was told I would have to use street parking but was not made aware that other units had front of building designated spaces. It felt like an intentional omission of the obvious.
