Value for money, will visit again.

Pros: Easy access to beach and having an option of swimming pool were bonus. 24hr gym is very good option especially for Europeans like us whilst you are having jetlag. Comfortable and cozy space, you feel like you are having a holiday at your home. Staff was helpful and Global Rent Apart was always reachable when needed. definitely value for money. Stayed 5 weeks with my family, really enjoyed it. will recommend everyone and visit again at my next convenience

Cons: quality of some small appliances. Sound insulation can be improved where the interconnecting rooms are. We had horrible 2 nights due to noisy renters partying next door till 5am in the morning. Parking cost is fortune, so i could not rent a car for the whole period of my stay. I had to well plan and split the rental periods when needed.

All was brilliant. We so excited and are going to book again!

Pros: All was very great and clean; a lot of cosmetics and even kids toys.

Cons: Towels never was changed for 8 days

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious with a view of the ocean. The room had everything we needed.

Pros: We love this place! We were back to the same hotel in Florida for March break. Close to airport, restaurants, beach. Heated pool and jacuzzi on rooftops nice addition. Good spot to eat at happy hours at rooftop.

Cons: Jacuzzi was under construction and pool was open only till 8.

Pros: Perfect location. Apartment very comfortable. Clean and fitted with everything we needed

Excelente hotel en una de las mejores zonas de todo Miami.

Pros: Es la segunda ves que voy al Costa Hollywood. Aprendi que Gobal rent apart es una empresa que ofrece diferentes hbaitaciones de privados , por lo cual puede tocarte una u otra. Esta vez me toco una mejor desde el punto de vista luminosidad y vista por la ventana. El lugar sobresale sobre el resto de los alojamientos de esta zona de Miami dado que la mayoria son estilo motel con habitaciones minimas una pegada a la otra en torno a un patio central. El CHC realmente es excelente en espacio limpieza, funcionamiento de las cosas,disponibilidad de tomacorrientes,detalles de lujo,caja de seguridad grande, heladera, cafetera nespresso y comun , microondas, tostadora, pileta en el 7mo piso con una vista excelente. Ademas la calle donde se encuentra es maravillosa, salir y caminar esa cuadra al mar es un momento perfecto.Hay altas probabilidades de que vuelva, a pesar del elevado costo.

Cons: Hay detalles que pueden mejorarse con poca inversion 1) El espacio de kichenet necesita una luz. Es muy molesto no poder ver mientras e usa esa zona 2) Un mesita minima y una silla mas ayudaria a no tener que comer sobre el escritorio.Hablo de algo de 60 cm de diametro no mas 3)El eterno problema de la falta de bidet en los baños americanos. Se soluciona facil con un bidematic o una manguera con duchador al lado del inodoro como en Brasil. Nos preguntamos como se hace la gente la higiende del a sin nada mas que papel higienico. 4) No habia independencia en el encendido de los veladores, porque? 5) se abona un fee de limpieza con el concepto \

Pros: Nice location, updated furniture and clean building near Hollywood beach boardwalk

Cons: Extra charges for registration abs resort fees, as well for car parking. Had to pay extra $130 for 2 night stay in registration fees on top of not so small price

Great spot ,close to the board walk.

Pros: Love we had use of pool and beach chairs. The Sunset Bar and Grille is great.

Cons: Room needs for hooks to hang up towels, as a the place had pool and beach access.
