A pleasant stay.

Pros: The Miccosukee being a hotel and Casino we were pleasantly surprized to find our room was very quiet and clean. The evening meal we had was very well prepared. We would stay again.

Cons: All was good but a bit busy at the weekends.

Ok for the price

Pros: We stayed there only for 1 night before our flight from Miami. The hotel is OK, good value for money. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but I was not a problem for us for 1 night stay.

Cons: It was very crowded because of the casino. Long lines at breakfast. The breakfast was poor (except for pastries - these were served warm and were delicious). Be cautious when booking the room with breakfast for more than 2 persons. Complimentary breakfast is only for 2 person. For any extra person you will have to pay extra in the hotel. This information is not provided in the moment of booking, only in the correspondence following the booking - which I got to know only when I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. It’s a strange practice - booking.com should clarify this.

Bad start, but the story ended up happily

Pros: The room we got was spacious, clean and had good amenities.

Cons: Check in was bad, it took 1 hour to make it because of some error in their system. After so many inconveniences we got a room that was not cleaned and full of rubbish. fortunately, they gave us another one.

Was concerned because of some negative comments but so glad we decided to stay here, great hotel

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was really good, servers were very attentive and helpful

Cons: It took a long time to check out as there was only one member of staff on reception who was dealing with a lengthy enquiry

It’s a casino! What is there more to say …

Pros: Clean rooms. Casino was good for the player as money lasted quite long.

Cons: Lots of slots were not on with some of the ones that were wouldn’t take cash or token slip. Grill Restaurant was closed, so just had empanadas which were tasty.
