Pros: The location, with a parking was really great (when he is not full, but it’s not the fault of the personnal ) The outside was really cool with a good bar with music, and table to eat. The pool was really cool too.

Cons: Just a little bit problem on the bathroom, the sink was not very well attached to the wall, and we had a room with some noises with climatisation and train station.

Very good value

Pros: Have to say, for the price it's great value. Only a 15 min walk or so to downtown miami, staff were lovely, Adrian was great. The bar and pool all good. Beds comfortable, felt safe and all clean. Fresh towels, free parking. Little hotel garden also lovely. I would recommend this place definitely

Cons: Overall nothing really, there wasn't any air-conditioning in our room but for feburaury the fan in the room kept us cool and the stairs creeked a bit.

Pros: Very close to the city center, and public transport is even closer. The location is excellent, only a bit noisy at night.

Pros: We stayed at the Miami River Inn for three nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The location right on the Miami River is peaceful, and it’s conveniently close to Brickell Avenue. That said, there isn’t a lot to see or do immediately nearby. A definite highlight is the short 15 minute walk to Little Havana, which was very convenient and enjoyable. The property itself is well-maintained and attractive. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the cleanliness of the rooms. They also offer daily towel changes, though we didn’t need this service since there was plenty of space to unpack and hang towels to dry and reuse. We especially enjoyed the large, green courtyard with a small fountain—it was lovely to sit outside in the evening and relax.

Cons: On the downside, the location is directly under flight paths, so planes fly over regularly, and there’s a rooster on the property that starts crowing very early in the morning—around three or four o’clock—which can be disruptive. The pool area also looks bigger in photos than in reality, and it’s quite exposed to the sun; we would recommend bringing an umbrella if you want to sit there comfortably. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay, especially if you want easy access to Little Havana and a peaceful courtyard, but be aware of the noise from planes and the early-morning rooster, and the pool situation isn’t as inviting as it might appear online.

Cozy oasis in the buzy city

Pros: Like oasis in the middle of buzy city, where you can feel relaxed and private. Accommodation had beautiful inner garden with lot of cozy areas and houses and rooms were great. Really enjoyed our stay and highly reccomend.

Cons: In cheaper rooms there is no kettle or refigerator. If you happen to get room that is faced towards bridge you might hear signal for bridge quite often. Othervise rooms were quiet and we felt private. Sometimes wifi connection was disturbed and did not work for short time.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: Good location, not far from downtown Miami. Rooms were clean, good size and good facilities.

Cons: Ice machine was not fit for guests, ice was in large lumps and was no ice buckets to take to the rooms

Highly recommend and plan to come back!

Pros: I absolutely loved staying here. Although its a bit older and there are some things that need fixing, it´s nevertheless a lovely space, nice staff and the location was just perfect for day trips, Ocean Drive, grabbing some food etc. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! Pool looking nice, although it was too cold to use. The restaurant directly attached has a short menu but the pizza tasted good and I liked the decor. Staying for almost a week, parking was fine every day except Saturday when the restaurant was packed. Had to park off lot, around the corner. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Cons: The only thing that wasn´t 5* was the cleaning. Not as good as it should be in the less obvious spots such as corners and kitchen cabinets, but bearable...

Little oasis

Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable bed, free parking. Lovely area outside to sit and relax

Cons: Walls are thin so you can hear other guesrs

Pros: Really cute little place, close to main areas via uber Great value for money

Cons: Smoke alarm had been removed from bedroom and bed was very soft

Pros: Very nice place with historical ambiance, very friendly stuff,very clean ,the yard is a tropical oasis very quiet and relaxed
