Miami Sun Hotel - Downtown/Port of Miami

Pros: I don’t understand why people rates this hotel as bad, for a 2 star hotel is perfect: very comfortable, excellent location, brilliant staff, lovely decoration. It was really a good experience.

Highly recommended! I'll definitely be suggesting this hotel to my friends and family.

Pros: The room was impeccably clean, with fresh towels and comfortable beds boasting crisp linens. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's modern room design. The location was perfect for my needs.

Comfortable and location neart port was perfect for our purpose.

Pros: Restaurants and whatever you may need is walking distance.

Cons: Not much room for storage, but considering the old construction, it was ok.

Good for just sleeping the night before cruise/flight

Cons: Bathroom and shower small, sink in main room not in bathroom.

Pros: Value for money. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. Close to public transportation, arena and bayside.

Pros: La recepcionista fue muy agradable, las camas estaban limpias y eran muy cómodas, había secador y plancha, gel y shampoo, y la ubicación es muy buena.

Cons: La ducha era muy pequeña

Pros: I liked mainly location of the hotel and easiness of check in and check out. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They have all information you need and are always ready to help and assist for anything. I extended my check out and they have option to keep your bags in the hotel with no additional cost. That was amazing for us so we could enjoy Miami for some extra hours.

Cons: I think could have been better items like breakfast and size of rooms. That's why I consider this hotel not the best for families, for example. Rooms could have more space inside. Bathroom was very slim but enough. Some friends mentioned there was not water enough to take a shower but it didn't happen in the room I stayed. Once Miami is really hot and humid during summer, I think the AC was not enough to make the room cooler. It was not sufficient, for sure. Overall, it was a good experience but those topics could've been better.

Pros: Habitacion muy confortable, el desayuno nunca abrio el rest ubicado en el lobby

Cons: que no tienen desayuno o un lugar dentro para poder desayunar
