Very nice place to stay in Miami

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property and would gladly come back again. The absolute highlight was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always approachable, happy to chat, and offered great recommendations. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality really made a difference and were definitely the strongest point of our stay. The room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed — nothing was missing. Everything was simple but comfortable and perfectly sufficient. The location is also very good — about a 15-minute walk to Ocean Drive and the beach, which makes it convenient while still being in a quieter area. Overall, a very pleasant experience that we truly appreciated.

Cheap and cheerful

Pros: It was 10 mins from the beach, the staff were so friendly, the breakfast was freshly cooked and taste lovely. Free parking.

Cons: Would have liked a cover on the duvet and the mats on the floor looked liked they needed a clean, also a change of towels was there 3 nights

Perfect stay near south beach and for cruise travels.

Pros: Very aesthetically designed. Location was perfect. Staff that coordinated on phone, not met personally, was very informative.

Cons: Lack of staff. I checked on myself at 7pm and checked out myself next morning around 10am. So no reception staff was during this time period.

Pros: Like 12 minutes from the Ocean drive. Next by the hotel (150 m) was dock with the City bikes. Breakfasts were delicious!

Cons: The shower corner was not that clean as I expected. Key from the front gate was broken and it was hard to unlock the gate with it.
