Good choice for a short stay in a central location.
Pros: Very good central location. Nice, walkable area in close proximity to the hotel. Room was alright, with a nice view over the water. We stayed only one night and did not use any amenities, except the welcome drinks.

Pros: Position for New Years Eve Excellent, Breakfast not supplied bought our own
Cons: No Breakfast in price & still waiting on coffee machine. Asked to be replace for 3 days & didn't happen.

The location is perfect, the bed was very comfortable the staff are very nice. It's a great hotel for a budget
Pros: The bed was so comfy, the location is perfect and the staff are very nice
Cons: Their was a slight mix up, I had a plastic bag in my room full of sweets / candy, the cleaners through it in the bin, which was a little upsetting as it cost me $50 but mistakes happen. The security deposit is quite expensive and still waiting to receive this after 3 weeks

Pros: great location, close to a lot of places to visit, to go, to eat, shopping, etc Hotel staff very friendly. Nice view of the bay
Cons: Hard to think of something I did not like. I'm a bit claustrophobic, so I wish I had a balcony or at least open de window, but I knew in advance this would not happen.

Pros: I had a great stay at the YVE Hotel Miami. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view overlooking Bayside Park. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. The location is also perfect — there’s a 24/7 convenience store right next to the hotel, which was incredibly handy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay in downtown Miami, especially if you want great views, comfort, and convenience.

Excellent Location, Good For One night.
Pros: Excellent location, in the heart of downtown. Very close to the cruise port, and good choice for one night. We stayed 3 nights and had a couple of issues, with storage space and the elevator.
Cons: Very limited storage space. No drawers, none, and only a small closet. Only 2 small elevators, which is certainly not enough for a hotel with 16 floors. The elevator situation is a nightmare at times, and very stressful, and frustrating.

Nice 1 night stay
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The location was great. It was close to the dock, hard rock café and other food. The restaurant at the motel was nice and had good for and people.
Cons: There was a lack of knowledge of the area. We were after somewhere to wash our cloths but no one knew of a laundromat. There where renovations happening in the café while we were eating.
